[BUG] <Nav-bar hides when scrolled up>

🙁 Actual behavior

Navigation bar should stay on top and along with it its position should be fixed. Currently it hides when scrolled upwards.

🙂 Expected behavior

Navigation bar at top should be fixed all the time and it should not hide when scrolled.
