Detect if the client tries to connect to conflicting locations - locations with conflicting network configurations (conflicting routing configurations, overlapping IP ranges).
The user should not be able to connect to conflicting locations.
Include detection of routing conflicts with service locations.
If there're conflicts between service locations, log the issue.
