[Bug]: selecting different agency missions

Description

Selecting any contract has no effect even after you click "Select Contract"
But it DOES set all contacts to "The Nightclub" so it might be a UI issue

Steps to Reproduce

Business Manager > Business 1> Agency
click on the contract you want (the menu wont highlight the contract you click)
click "Select Contract"
then look at what contract is selected (for me thats "The Nightclub")
