This is a known issue with no currently known fix. The RP/Money drops only currently work for yourself (and they are disabled from being used on yourself unless you modify the code to enable using them on yourself) after GTA 1.70 update

Also chat commands dont work in terms of getting the RP and money. Sad, it would be really interesting to see them working since i never used em(im new user of the script). Great work btw im havin way too much fun with it xD, hopefully there will be a fix in the future...
