[Bug]: Cayo Skip Cooldown not working

Description

After I completed the Cayo Perico heist I tried to do it again by using the Skip Cooldown option but even after re-entering the Kosatka it still says that it is on cooldown

Steps to Reproduce

1.Have Cayo Perico on cooldown
2.Press Skip Cooldown

The skip cooldown feature was working when I added it in but I will check this and get back to you.
