Setup Jest/Enzyme unit and integration testing for component library

I think it's a great idea to add Cypress testing to our component library

Created the boilerplate where we can add the tests. The following components need to be tested:

• SidebarTitle
• DynamicForm
• CopyToClipboard
• Information? - Not sure if we should write tests for this because we don't use it as a component directly.
