Add a default ticket for between tickets

🤔 Problem to solve

Often you're done with a ticket, you write your comment, finish your time and are on the lookout for the next one.
That time you're searching for a new one is lost. It isn't much (at least it shouldn't be), but it's something, right? :D

💡 Proposed solution

Add a way to select a ticket as a "default" or "fallback" ticket, or something.
Once a timer is stopped, that ticket should start automatically, so there is no timeloss at any time.
