Unable to purchase credits

I am signed in to ComfyUI using my Google account.
My credit balance is currently 0.00.
When I go to Settings → Credits → Purchase Credits, select an amount ($10, $25, or $50), and click “Continue to payment”, the payment/checkout page does not open and I am returned to the Credits page.
I have tried multiple amounts, but the issue persists.
Could you please advise how I can purchase credits?

2. Do you have a screenshot or screen recording of what happens when you click "Continue to payment"? A screenshot of the Credits page, plus any error messages in the browser console, would help a lot.

This should help us figure out why the checkout page is not opening.

Hi, thanks for your response. I am running ComfyUI locally on Windows and accessing it through Chrome at 127.0.0.1. I can sign in successfully with my Google account. When I go to Settings → Credits → Purchase Credits, I can select an amount such as $10, $25, or $50. However, after clicking “Continue to payment”, the checkout/payment page does not open and I am returned to the Credits page. My balance remains at 0.00 credits. I can also provide screenshots or a screen recording if needed.I also tested the payment process in Microsoft Edge as well as Google Chrome. The checkout page does not open in either browser, so the issue does not appear to be browser-specific.
