Things to avoid during an interview

Whenever you ask someone advice for an interview, no matter whom you are asking, from all the answers, you will find one common thing, everyone will tell you to do some mock interviews beforehand.

Yes, mock interviews not only builds confidence, but also when you give mock interviews you keep finding the mistakes you did and learn from them.

So here are some common mistakes people make during interviews. AVOID THEM!

馃憠 Showing up poorly dressed

馃憠 Showing up unprepared

馃憠 Interrupting the interviewer

馃憠 Not being punctual

馃憠 Using phone during interview

馃憠 Acting oversmart

馃憠 Talking too much or too less

馃憠 Asking questions that have obvious answers just to speak something

馃憠 Appreciating and praising yourself too much

馃憠 Not knowing anything about the company and/or profile

馃憠 Being unprofessional and rude

馃憠 Lying (Never lie during an interview, if you don't know something just tell the interviewer politely that you don't know it, it is clearly visible when you lie)
