ClearURLs breaks specific Kagi search

In a fresh Firefox 151.0 (64-bit, macOS) profile with this plugin:

• ClearURLs 1.27.3 (latest)

Navigating to a URL like this:

kagi.com/search?q="test suite didn't report a result." "<private>"

Causes the website to behave erratically: entering a different search term in the Kagi search bar causes the website to spasm. The effect is shown (on a non-fresh profile) in Kagi in this video:
