How to use the QuickBeam simulator only?

I want to use the QuickBeam Radar simulator, but I can't download it on https://reef.atmos.colostate.edu/~haynes/radarsim/.

And I find the simulator is in COSP, so I'm wondering could I use this simulator only and how to do that?

Greetings, The radar simulator is distributed as part of COSP. I suggest starting from COSP2, https://github.com/CFMIP/COSPv2.0, rather than COSP1. Cheers, Dustin Swales
