[Phase 3] WASM post-build verification and testnet invoke probes

Description

Extend RytScan beyond source analysis to post-build WASM checks and optional testnet smoke probes.

Tasks

• WASM size budget check (64KB Soroban limit)
• Export surface analysis on compiled .wasm
• Optional stellar contract invoke probe subcommand
• Correlate static findings with simulation trace failures

Acceptance Criteria

• rytscan verify *.wasm exits non-zero on oversize WASM
• Testnet probe documented with Friendbot funding

Hi maintainers, I would like to apply for this issue if it is still available.

If assigned, I can keep the first pass focused on deterministic local checks: add rytscan verify for compiled WASM size/export-surface validation, make oversize WASM exit non-zero, and document the optional testnet probe flow separately so no live network behavior is required by default.

I will wait for maintainer or Stellar Wave assignment/confirmation before cloning, implementing, or opening a PR.
