The OpcUa client naming changes merged in #1120 require a new package release.

Describe the solution you'd like

Bump BootstrapBlazor.OpcUa from version 10.0.1 to 10.0.2.

Additional context

This release publishes the IOpcUaClient, OpcUaClient, and AddOpcUaClient API names.
