can't recover hacked account - no reply from blenderkit support team

Hi BlenderKit team I'm a paying subscriber and my account was hacked back in March someone changed my email and password. I emailed support with full payment proof and have followed up 6+ times, but I haven't heard back in over 2 months. I really need help recovering and securing my account. Could someone please look into this urgently?
