Toolbar position in all screen's/scenarios

when we use bottom toolbar all settings all screen should be at bottom.
currently even if toolbar was selected as bottom it settle shows at top.

as u can see in screenshots.
also these screen's u can see even if u enable dark mode fully + there is a brief window where screen is white while loading the site

yep
basically everything at the bottom when u use bottom toolbar option so easy to use with one hand same should be done while typing on homescreen search bar
