Horizontal tab strip at bottom

It's always great to see a new open-source, Chromium-based browser for Android!

Would it be possible to add an option for a horizontal tab strip placed below the address bar (similar to Vivaldi)? ElixirBrowser includes a horizontal tab strip, but it sits above the address bar and the project is currently closed-source.

The two bottom bars in Bare browser occupy too much space. Please consider adding a compact mode with a single bottom bar, and fold the extra buttons into a "More" option, like Kiwi does.
