Description:
The Department Portal should provide a Positions card summarizing active departmental positions. The card should allow departments to quickly see their existing positions and provide an entry point into position management.
Only a small subset of positions should be displayed to keep the dashboard concise .
Requirements:
Create a Positions card on the Department Portal homepage.
Display:
-Position title
-WLS level
Include a View Details button.
The button should navigate to the Manage Positions page.
