Edenite golems not being added when eden is an ally to ces

if I select the CSE subfaction for caprice, then select an allied faction for my army, then if I mark a CG as the appropriations CG, it will not let me use models from the faction I selected as allies as part of the appropriations detachment. so, for instance, if I select eden as the allied faction I can't put edenite golems in the appropriations detachment even from the appropriations tab, but cef and utopian models work
