After resuming Tilth on a task, the UI is out of sync

In this session we first hit the 50 max iterations limit.
I then resumed with tilth resume and the T2 progress shows the former state:

We need some manner in the UI to show this new resumed state

Triage 2026-07-12 — confirmed and root-caused. visualize/app.js computes each task's iteration count as the max iter ever seen across its model_call events (tk.iters = Math.max(tk.iters, f.iter)). events.jsonl is append-only across resume, and the resumed task's loop restarts counting at 1 — so Math.max(50, k) keeps the meter pinned at 50/50 · 100% exactly as the screenshot shows. A session_resume card is rendered, but nothing re-scopes the meter.

Fix direction: scope the iteration meter to the latest run segment (events after the most recent session_resume), or render resumed tasks as a fresh segment so both the old exhausted run and the new attempt are visible. Labeling as a bug.
