In https://learn.adacore.com/courses/intro-to-ada/chapters/fixed_point_types.html custom_fixed_point_range.adb, why doesn't the range end/last need to be one delta less like typical binary/ordinary fixed point types like normalized fixed point type example?
Is it not needed because floating point roundoff wit pi/2 in example? And/or because 'small can be different/smaller than 'delta?
