npm run setup fails with InternetArchive and downloads.intel.com #12

What happened?

npm run setup fails with InternetArchive and downloadmirror.intel.com

Instead of receiving IMCInstaller-${IMC_VERSION}.msi, I'm getting InternetArchive's HTML responses

$ less /tmp/imc-extract/IMCInstaller-2.4.0.msi
