npm run setup fails with InternetArchive and downloadmirror.intel.com

Instead of receiving IMCInstaller-${IMC_VERSION}.msi, I'm getting InternetArchive's HTML responses

Steps to reproduce

$ sudo dnf install npm msitools
...
$ git clone https://github.com/88plug/intel-amt-linux.git
...
$ cd intel-amt-linux
$ npm run setup

I can confirm. The Archive link is no longer valid. I spent 2-3 hours chasing down the IMCInstaller-2.4.0, but no luck. I have a hunch that it might reside in the AUR repository for "intel-amt-linux". If someone can find the msi package, it would be great. amttool SOL is broken for AMT > v9.x
