How to compile and run on Win 10

Hi @larrylisky thanks for providing the sample code.
I have few questions when I am considering compile and running this code on windows.

1. How to modify the code for running on Win 10?
   Modifying Grabber.cpp, Grabber.h, basic.cpp, basic.h and app.cpp seems to be not enough, what else should I do?

2. It seems that the code includes thread handling on Linux OS, so should I re-write to Windows-based
   thread handling.
