Getting blank binary matrix and no frames in zBkgMap

We are using Tintin 3DToF depth camera.

1.When trying to run Added people tracking and hand tracking camera is identified and profile is successfully set but binary matrix is getting blank and drawing window is not getting popped

2.When trying to run two-hand touchless no finger tracking getting a
WARNING:USBBulkStreamer: Dropping a frame because of slow forward pipeline in the terminal and not streaming frames in zBkgMap (Screen-shot of above is attached )

@Rapolu-Shivanand are you running a virtual machine? VM is too slow and will not work. I have seen similar behaviour happening with others running VM.
